beautifully hand crafted bird from Murano Italy. This lovely bird
is made of a core of very pale opaline mint green glass decorated with
trapped air bubbles and accents of darker green. The whole piece
is cased in a layer of clear glass. The beak and eyes are formed
of clear glass. The bottom of the piece is nicely ground and
polished. The skill in the placements of the bubbles and darker
green accents is superb! |
