Kera Oy Finland Hand Painted Redware Bowl Rauha Ahonen

Here is a stunning piece of art pottery from Finland. This beautiful large red ware bowl is decorated on the inside with rings and floral motifs in shades of blue, purple, and rust. The piece is stamped on the back with the Kera Logo, “MADE IN FINLAND”, and “55”. The piece is also signed “RA” which stands for the artist Rauha Ahonen. This piece dates to the 40's or 50's.
